An extension of our “Meet a Pro” Training Academy, TalentSynergia is a one-of-a-kind youth-focused tutoring academy only to train youth, ages 16-26 with a training-to-placement apprenticeship model as part of our design.Our aim is to provide a solution for addressing their basic needs and break the cycle of unemployment by empowering the youth with skills for placement at decent jobs.

Fees and Application Information

Fees and Payment Terms

Our courses only cost between TZS 420,000 to TZS 880,000 which is payable upon placement only depending on the type of industry.

Course Length

We only provide courses between 4 weeks to 8 weeks depending on your application and readiness.

Job Placement and Training

We have guaranteed job placement and career guidance depending on how you perform in class. You can then pay for fees in a flexible Pay-In-4 model. We support you to get the job and mutually agree on a repayment model.

1:1 Tutoring Courses

We are only offering tutoring courses on a demand and need basis. If there is no tutor available due to class size, we will inform you as soon as we get your application for interest. For now, we’re collecting interest and once a quota is reached, we assign a tutor for a specific focus on two week long case study simulations.

Accounting

Learn with professionals from audit firms on real-life MBA style case studies to apply your knowledge as a junior accountant. Evening tutoring courses only!

Fees and Application Information

Fees and Payment Terms

Our courses only cost between TZS 75,000 per session which is payable per session attended. We give discounts for 7 days by 10% and for 14 days by 20% on total fee.

Course Length

We only provide courses simulations for two weeks.

Job Placement and Training

We do not guarantee a job placement, however, we do provide certification of participation from our partnered audit and legal firms.
