Do you help manage payroll, outsourced HR functions especially for larger teams or the full office?

No, we do not provide services in a manner that we manage payroll and the outsourced team. We purely help to source for niche roles, or a group of roles based on hiring needs at the moment.

What are the risks involved with outsourcing teams? I don’t want the headache of it.

It’s a misconception that outsourcing large scale recruitment of sales and feet on the ground will solve all problems. Even with that, you will still have upfront capital costs of keeping an audit team. A good balance between in-house and outsourced freelancers is always recommended.

Can you cover any sector or industry with your trainings?

Yes, as long as we have an expert in our database, we would be able to provide them withb the training tools for active learning. If we don’t, we’ll begin the search before accepting the training program design and facilitation.

How long would trainings typically last?

We typically plan our trainings and workshops to be half-day modules or two-hour modules. This allows our client’s team to be at work as well, unless it is crafted as a retreat with dedicated time away.

How are you different from another typical recruitment agency?

We’re closest to the term “Search Firms” whereby we do search processes for niche roles and launch teams. Our end-to-end assessment process that tests for soft skills ensures that unlike other firms, we don’t just give you CVs that are good on paper, but with nothing to show in action.

Do you do simulations or trade tests then?

Yes, depending on the role, we supplement Written Assignments and Group Case Studies with Physical Assessments. This is where we can test for certain roles such as Sales and Operations that require field work. We begin with CV Screening/Intro Calls, followed by Written/Physical Assignment, Final Group Interview and Background Checks as our flow.

What type of trainings do you provide?

Our trainings are mainly focused on the soft skills described above. We only do technical trainings with experts who come with that background and at least over 4-5 years of experience in the field or in the industry.

How does your payment model work?

We only charge the client a fee. We either take an percentage from the annual fee, the full monthly fee, or a retained search fee based on factors such as number of roles being hired for, the expected gross salary, and the time of hiring. This are split into Pay-in-3 installments. We do not accept payment only upon placement.
