Fellowship
Bridging the gap between academia and industry
What is the fellowship about?
Recroot Africa Fellowship Program is a unique initiative designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, by providing high school and university students with an opportunity to apply their skills into real projects being handled under Recroot Africa and some of its clients, either while they’re in school or during their field training. We’re joining hands with specific universities and departments, in order to enable this as part of moving the needle further on changing how impactful fellowships can truly be with real employer-based applications and modules.
Currently, the fellowship program is open to high school, diploma or undergraduate students enrolled in accredited universities across East Africa. We believe that the core skills can cut across any industry, however, it’s all about the mindset. Therefore, we’re looking for fellows who’re looking to be learners, curious, and willing to ask the tough questions with creativity in mind! As a fellow, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in your field of interest, honing your skills and expanding your knowledge under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
We accept applications on a rolling basis, and will respond within 2-3 weeks if successful!
